Service Description
For the summer! We wanted to invite you for some classes with a little less heat, but still with all the challenge and pace you know and love. Join us for this 60-minute Rocket Yoga class where the infra reds and heaters will be switched off. You'll can still expect to get sweaty in our insulated studio for these dynamic classes, but without external heat on top. If you haven't tried Rocket before, it's based on the Ashtanga practice which is where all Vinyasa flow comes from. You'll be sure to find both new and familiar elements, throughout.

Cancellation Policy
Please be sure to arrive 5-10 minutes before the class starts. We cannot guarantee entry for late arrivals. Change of plans? With minimum 8 hours notice before your booked class begins, you can Reschedule it to a new date by logging in to your account on our website or using our app. Once the class is less than 8 hours away, you will be unable to Reschedule and any Cancellation or No Show on your part would not be Refundable and no Class Credit would be returned to you. Please ensure you only book a class where you can reliably get here in time and intend to do so.
