Sauna and Scent - Sat 28th February - 11:45am
Join me for an hour of warmth and relaxation at Taffside Sauna at Llandaff Rowing Club.
This is an 8 person sauna and we'll have private use for our hour.
During our time in the sauna, I'll introduce aromatherapy using a sauna scent which we'll add for our steam. I'll give you a brief background on the blend we're using and why, but in the main it'll be a laid-back and loosely-structured hour to relax.
At the end of your busy week, this is all about doing less. There's no 'point' or 'goal' other than to relax in the warmth and enjoy the aromatherapy. Whenever you feel too hot, feel free to step out for a break in the breeze or the cold plunge.No more is needed.
Please remember to bring:
-Two towels (one to sit on in the sauna),
-Slides or flip flops
-Some warm dry clothes to change in to afterwards.
-Water
Please arrive 5-10 mins before the start time of 11:45am -especially, if you need time to change etc in the tents provided.
