Okuden is Level 2 in your Reiki journey following the Usui tradition. Once you have completed Okuden or Practitioner level, you will be able to practice with not only friends and family, but members of the public too upon obtaining suitable insurance.
 
This one day course requires you to have obtained your Shoden (Level 1) Certificate and have spent a minimum of three months practising reiki daily.
 
You will be introduced to reiki symbols which will further enhance the skills learned in Reiki Level one. 
 
You will receive a further attunement that allows the use of reiki symbols and we will explore their relevance and uses. We will also build on subjects covered in reiki level one, such as Chakras, Colours and Energy medicine and the practicalities of practising with the public.
 
All course materials, a light vegan lunch and caffeine-free hot drinks will be provided, all you need to bring is your whole self, an open and curious heart and mind, a notepad and pen and any snacks you may need.
