Join Dan and Claudia for Il Bosco Bliss.
A Day Retreat at Larchwood Studio on a weekend that encompasses both the Spring Equinox and also World Forest Day - making Larchwood Studio the perfect setting for our time together. 'Il Bosco' means 'The Forest' in Italian and hosted by Dan Massimino and Claudia D'arezzo, we wanted to bring you Italian flavours throughout.
 
We'll begin with a 90-minute dynamic Vinyasa Flow class with Claudia where we'll awaken our energy.
 
This will be followed by a break for coffee, tea and your first slice of Italian flavour:
A twist on a classic: The Tiramisu Blondie (contains Dairy)
 
We'll also have time in this break to pull an oracle card, chat, stroll the grounds and reflect.
 
Next we're back into the studio with Dan for a 90-minute stretchy, Slow Flow to Yin Yoga class to soothe and settle.
 
We'll then come together for a hearty Italian lunch of home-cooked lasagna and salad with chilled alcohol-free peroni. Please use the Drop-down to specify one of the below for your lunch - if booking more than one space - please use the notes section to state what each person wants.

Once fed, we'll head back to the studio for 90-minutes of Gentle Movement, Guided Meditation and a Sound Bath to close out our time with deep relaxation.
 
This promises to be a great day for foodies, yogis and forest fans alike.

Larchwood Studio has yoga mats, blocks and blankets, so we'll have everything you need.
