This is a 75-minute Hot Yoga class tailored to the specific movement needs of lifters.


We'll work on opening up common tight spots and helping you to avoid injury through easing tightness and tension. We'll also explore some breathing exercises designed to help with breathing and bracing under the bar. Then room will be heated to approx 35 degrees to help ease tension and get deeper into your muscles.

You'll leave this class with tools to add to your warm ups and cool downs to help keep you moving efficiently to make the most of your strength output in your day to day training.

 

As this is a Hot class, you will need to bring either a Yoga Mat Towel or a Beach Towel to cover the studio yoga mat during the class. This will stop you from slipping. The towel will also act as a hygienic barrier between you and the mat. As this is for hygiene and safety, failure to bring a large towel will mean you cannot take part in the class and you will not be eligible for a refund. For reference - A yoga mat is approx 6 feet long.
