Join Elena for an afternoon of unapologetic pampering!Be guided through the art of Gua Sha facial massage followed by a Sound Bath for a deeply de-stressing, relaxing and restorative experience.You'll learn how to perform the ancient Chinese technique of Gua Sha on yourself using the Gua Sha tool which is included for you to take with you afterwards. Gua Sha supports skin health by moving fluid, boosting oxygen, and encouraging cell turnover. Leaving you with a youthful glow.We'll then have a break for a restorative cup of caffeine free tea, which will lead us into our Sound Bath.More deep relaxation to the sound and vibrations of bowls, gongs, drums and chimes.
We will use all natural, cruelty free, aromatherapy facial cleanser, oils, balms, lotions and eco-friendly cleansing pads. These will be available to purchase (or order) on the day, should you wish to continue using these specific products with your Gua Sha tool at home.
Please bring:
- A towel and a bowl for the Gua Sha element.
- As well as anything that will help you to feel comfortable for the Sound Bath.
(Yoga Mats and Bolster cushions are available for you to use)
