Aromatherapy Blending Class - Room Spray- Sun 22nd June 12:30-2pm
You'll know we've been working with Louise the professional Aromatherapist behind Barry-based Ynys Aroma to come up with the essential oil-based Room and Pillow Spray that we use in the studio.
June's Aromatherapy class is themed around the Summer Solstice that occurs this same weekend. This is your chance to learn from an expert on essential oils and create your own bespoke aromatherapy blend to convert into a roller remedy to apply directly to skin.
Louise will help you to craft a combination for scent and intention. Your Aromatherapy Roller Remedy will be made using a base of coconut oil and your bespoke essential oil blend. Apply whenever you need a boost of aromatherapy throughout your day.

As the gym will be closed and unstaffed at the time of this class, we will close the shutters when the class begins. This is for security reasons and due to this, we cannot guarantee entry to late arrivals.
Please ensure you can arrive 10 minutes in advance to ensure a prompt start.
