It incorporates a balance between physical movements and proprioception. Each movement follows the body’s breath, creating a transitional flow of energy. The energy is felt through rhythm and tempo.
This will be an incredible opportunity to dedicate 3 days to feeling better in your body and gaining the skills to help the people in your life feel good, too.
