We're an independently run studio based inside

Dragon Athletic in Cardiff for Hot classes including Yoga, Strength, Pilates and Barre as well as calmer more cosy classes like Warm Yin alongside Events, Workshops and Teacher Trainings with local and international yoga teachers.
